Fair support through to-the-minute billing
You are operating an application which you would like to ensure through professional support? We offer you telephone and e-mail support for the following components:
- QGIS and gvSIG
- UMN MapServer, QGIS Server and Geoserver
- PostgreSQL/PostGIS
- OpenLayers, GeoExt, ExtJS, MapFish and Mapbender
In addition you can use the support time to improve your application. We estimate the time needed in fair manner and get your approval before starting the work. Support for Linux-based operating systems is also available at a minor scale, mostly when setting up an appropriate architecture and when operating your application.
You do not pay a fixed sum which expires at the end of the year but there is a fair accounting in fixed intervals. Should there be support left at the end of the contract period it simply gets transferred to the next.
Response times
We guarantee a maximum response time for support requests of one work day (Mo. to Fr. 08:00 – 17:00 h). An estimate for larger work packages including a time schedule will be delivered within two days after the first reaction.
OpenGeoSuite – Support from the developers
Because of our partnership with OpenGeo we can offer you first-hand developer support for PostGIS, GeoServer, OpenLayers and GeoExt. This contains unlimited bugfixing for the software in question for the duration of the contract. (Minimum of 12 months).
