Even on the last day of this years FOSSGIS was there a talk by terrestris: Marc Jansen introduced the new JavaScript-library “GeoExt Mobile (GXM) “. In an entertaining presentation it was shown how to develop mobile GIS WebApps with a native Look and Feel using GXM. Interesting to note is the fact that a few days after the release of Sencha Touch 2.0 GXM was already updated to this version (soon available as a beta-version on GitHub). During the closing sessioni Arnulf Christel presented this the annual report of the OSGeo, followed by closing remarks from Dr. Marco Lechner, president of the FOSSGIS e.V. He thanked the local organising team which did a great job and provided all participants with a more than excellent conference.
