The September 2012 edition of the Geoconnexion magazine contains an article by Marc Bernard and Hinrich Paulsen with the title “Tackling Post Harvest Losses”. The article centers around a project that is dedicated to publishing highly topical and transparent data regarding post harvest losses (PHL) in Africa in an online information system.
